Cancellation and Refund Policy

At KioPixel, we value our clients and strive to deliver exceptional results. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for services/subscription purchased from KioPixel.

1. Subscription Model

KioPixel provides Software as a Service (SaaS) products on a subscription basis (monthly / quarterly / annual plans, as applicable). By subscribing to our services, you agree to recurring billing as per your selected plan.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellation will stop future renewals.
  • Access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial-month cancellations are permitted once a billing cycle has started.

3. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital SaaS products, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.
  • Refunds may be considered only in the following cases: Duplicate payment Incorrect billing due to technical error Failure of service activation due to system error Refund request made within [7] days of first-time subscription (only if clearly mentioned as refundable plan)
  • Refunds will not be provided for: Change of mind Partial usage of service Failure to cancel before renewal Violation of terms of service Account suspension due to policy breach
  • If a free trial is offered: No charges will apply during the trial period. Users must cancel before the trial ends to avoid automatic billing. Once billed, standard refund rules apply.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting KioPixel first may result in immediate suspension of your account. We encourage users to contact our support team to resolve billing disputes.
  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

5. Force Majeure

KioPixel shall not be liable for refunds due to delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, system failures, or third-party service disruptions.

6. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Upgrades may be prorated and charged immediately.
  • Downgrades will apply at the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for downgrades during an active billing cycle.

    KioPixel reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
